The easy circular hike on Friday, November 8th, at 2 p.m. leads from the Rauher Stein viewing point to what is probably the most famous viewing point in the Danube Valley, the Eichfelsen. The return route takes comfortable paths that are almost level across the plateau. Duration about two hours. Meeting point: Rauher Stein hiking car park in Irndorf. On the health hike on Sunday, November 10th at 10 a.m., participants will learn simple physical and free breathing exercises and targeted attention.
