“Event Producer Suffers Losses and Urban Singer Cris MJ Faces Backlash for Weapon Display”

As the “worst business of his life” an event producer described the show performed by the musician Cris MJ in Iquique. Francisco Lincheo denounced millions in losses and debts, in addition to ensuring that the interpreter would only go up to sing if the gym was full.

The worst business of my life. Cris MJ charged me 30 million. I paid him 17 million and a check for 13 million“, affirmed the producer, who also indicated that he had to give away tickets for the musician to appear.

The urban music artist reacted to these criticisms and in an Instagram live responded to the complaints made by the producer, but he did so with a firearm in his possession, that it was not clear if it was blank or real, and that he showed on the cameras of the live that he was doing at that time.

“Thank you that I did the ‘culiao’ event for you if I had not gone to Spain any day ago”said the singer.

Hours later, Deputy Andrés Celis denounced urban singer Cris MJ before the National Prosecutor for displaying a weapon through his social networks.

The parliamentarian pointed out that it is “extremely serious and it is my duty to make the corresponding complaint so that not only the weapon shown is investigatedthat we do not know if it is adapted or blank, but it is a weapon and it appears as such, but also that their sayings be clarified, since this lousy youth reference also boasts of having a weapons vault”.

The RN parliamentarian denounced Cris Mj for the Arms Control Law, mainly regarding the crimes of illegal carrying of weapons and illegal storage. The deputy also indicated that he filed the complaint due to “lThe lightness with which he displays the weapon and makes the threat is alarming and accounts for the climate of impunity for the carrying and use of these types of items currently, in a context marked by a security crisis that we are seeing in Chile where violence, weapons and organized crime are protagonists”.
