A couple of weeks ago, two well-known musicians – the leader of the group “The Sound Poets” Jānis Aišpurs and a member of the group “Laika suns” Arnis Račinskis – publicly admitted on social networks that they were infected with the virus “Covid-19”. Judging by the writing of both musicians, most likely it could have happened in a recording studio, where both the two musicians and their colleagues met to record a song.
After this event, Račinskis admitted in his post on Twitter that he was infected and added the phrase: “Two of the guests of last week’s studio are positive today. I have every opportunity to join. ” He has made no secret of the fact that all restrictions are observed in public places, but when he is in his usual environment with friends, he has lost his vigilance. In total, seven people, including him, have fallen ill. Aishpur also publicly informed about the course of the disease and called on everyone to be careful, observe all safety conditions and take care of their own and others’ health. “Before I found out I was a Covid positive, I missed a few more people. It’s that simple. That is why we are responsible – we wear masks, wash our hands, observe the distance, we do not go to public places once, because only our actions depend on how quickly we will cope with the spread of this disease, “said the musician.
It is not known who the other members of this post are [spriežot pēc Aišpura un Račinska teiktā, studijā bijuši vismaz septiņi cilvēki]because they do not want to talk about it in public. However, “Vakara Ziņu” has received information that one of them is most likely a member of the group “Brainstorm” Renārs Kaupers. Knowing how contagious this virus is, we asked the musician if he was worried about his health after recording this song and, as a contact person for infected people, did not plan to take a test to see if he was infected himself – especially because it became known that, after the entry, Kaupers has visited public places and made contact with other people. Unfortunately, since Monday, November 30, the magazine’s efforts to contact the musician and get answers were unsuccessful, because Kaupers did not answer the sent questions by the time the magazine was handed over.
