Passion for exercise has also grown incomparably compared to before. Na-rae Park examined her body in the mirror and said, “In the past, when I looked in the mirror, I checked to see if there were any blemishes or skin problems, but now I feel a sense of accomplishment when I look at my muscles.”
Even after filming the body profile, her exercise habits continued, and all of the cast applauded the muscular backside that was revealed in the studio. After seeing this, Key praised her transformation, saying, “Narae definitely had the healthiest diet.”
Park Na-rae, who put away the clothes she wore before losing weight and bought clothes that fit her new size, continued to cheerfully boast, saying, “Now even the S size is baggy.”

The key to Park Na-rae’s diet success is the ‘Onao’ diet, which is gaining explosive popularity among the MZ generation. Onao is short for ‘overnight oatmeal‘ and is a simple recipe where oatmeal is soaked overnight with yogurt or soy milk and eaten cold.
Na-rae Park said, “I enjoyed various fruits and nuts on Onao. It made me feel full for a long time and tasted good, so it was easy to keep going.” Her diet didn’t stop there.
I consumed balanced nutrition using oatmeal porridge, smoked salmon, brown rice, and avocado, and managed my cheat days to focus on meat and vegetables to prevent binge eating. He also added that after enjoying a mukbang, he always fasted for 16 hours to regain his body’s balance.

Oatmeal is more than just a diet food, it is also a nutritionally excellent health food. Oatmeal made from oats is rich in dietary fiber and protein, making you feel fuller for a long time, and is low in calories, making it suitable for weight management. It also contains beta-glucan, which stabilizes blood sugar levels and is helpful for cardiovascular health.
However, experts caution against excessive intake and recommend eating in moderation, about 1 to 2 meals a day. Na-rae Park also plans her diet with this in mind and maintains a healthy weight.
In the end, Park Na-rae’s diet success has more meaning than simple weight loss. She is motivating many people by not only losing weight but also building a healthy lifestyle by enjoying exercise and diet. “I didn’t know exercise could be this much fun,” she said, smiling brightly, conveying the joy of a healthy diet.
