Even if Sanju Samson won’t play, his name will trend; The superstar with a statement
When Sanju Samson was included in India’s tour of New Zealand, fans were expecting a lot. The fans strongly believed that he could have the same impact and performance for India as he did for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL.
But Sanju didn’t get a spot in even one of the three T20 series. In the T20 format, the team was constantly experimenting with Rishabh Pant, who could always fail.

Meanwhile, India lost the first game of the series. India scored 306 for the loss of seven wickets in the stipulated over. In response, New Zealand easily overtook the target with fifth rower Tom Latham and captain Kane Williamson putting in a strong performance for the New Zealanders.
Tom Latham scored an unbeaten 145 off 104 balls with 19 fours and five sixes. Kane Williamson went unbeaten with 94 runs from 98 balls.
With victory in the first game, New Zealand took a 1-0 lead in the three-game series. India can only win the series if they win both their upcoming matches.
If rain is the villain like it was in the T20 series, the series may have to go to the Kiwis.
