“Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0”: Two new trailers for the anime film

The film “Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0: Thrice Upon A Time” (Japanese: “Shin Evangelion Movie: ||”) has been shown in Japanese cinemas for around three weeks. To draw your attention once again, published the Studio Khara two new trailers, which you can find below.

“Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0: Thrice Upon A Time” was directed by series creators Hideaki Anno (“Neon Genesis Evangelion”), Kazuya Tsurumaki (“Rebuild of Evangelion”) and Katsuichi Nakayama (Assistant Director on the second and third films) in the studio Khara. Yoshiyuki Sadamoto contributed the character design, while Shirou Sagisu composed the music.

The film, which opened in Japanese cinemas on March 8, 2021, has a total running time of 2 hours and 34 minutes. It was originally supposed to celebrate its premiere on June 27, 2020, but had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Last Monday, the grossing results of the film with 3,222,873 tickets sold were almost 5 billion yen, which is the equivalent of around 38.5 million euros. A German publication has not yet been announced.
