Evades house arrest: 53-year-old from Naples identified in the city of Sapri. The presence of the woman in the town on the Gulf of Policastro was discovered at dawn yesterday around 5:30 by the military of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit, directed by Lieutenant Pino Bosco, following a report made by the operations center.
The woman was spotted wandering around the streets of the town in a suspicious manner, and then falling asleep near a business in the city center. The police were alerted, and the military immediately arrived and carried out all the necessary procedures. Following the latter, it emerged that the 53-year-old was the recipient of the restrictive measure of house arrest, to be served at her home in the city of Naples where she resides.
Placed under arrest, this morning the woman was subjected to a summary trial at the Court of Lagonegro. At the end of the trial, the single judge, Dr. Filippo Lombardi, validated the arrest for flagrant crime and simultaneously ordered the reinstatement of house arrest at her home.
