In this regard, Denisova appealed to the Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova with a demand to ensure proper conditions for the stay of Ukrainian citizens in the Russian Federation, to provide the necessary assistance, including free legal advice and humanitarian assistance.

In addition, Denisova appealed to the UNHCR Commissioner General, the world community regarding an immediate response to the violations of Article 49 of the Convention for the Protection of Civilian Population in Time of War by the Russian Federation regarding the illegal evacuation of Ukrainian citizens to the territory of the occupying country.
