After a summer maternity leave, Eva De Roo will return to the early evening at Studio Brussel from next Monday. However, she takes someone with her: Max Vryens (29), former editor of Sofie’s world on radio 1. If Eva & Max they guide the listeners through the evening rush hour between 4 and 7 pm.

That means that the task of Fien Germijns, who kept De Roo’s place warm with Joris Brys, is done. “But in the future she will often be heard on StuBru,” the station said. “Fien may not have a fixed program, but she does all the replacements for the rush-hour programs and also presents during larger projects. One of these is due to arrive soon, but everything in good time. ”

Newcomer Vryens is already looking forward to it. “A new workplace is always about adapting,” he says. “But apart from the first two days, and that time the third day, I was not bullied. Today they didn’t even throw my jar of yogurt in the bin. Without bullshit: I end up in a top team with warm colleagues. Very proud that I can do this together with Eva. ”
