Eurowings is expanding its offering for business travelers

The Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings is again significantly expanding its flight schedule to classic business travel destinations. Compared to August, the number of flights to Paris, London, Rome, Brussels, Zurich or Vienna will be doubled in September, the company announced on Thursday. This applies in particular to the airports in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Cologne / Bonn, although there will also be more flights to Berlin, Nuremberg, Hanover and Leipzig.

Incoming bookings for business travel destinations have more than doubled from a low level within a few weeks, reported Eurowings boss Jens Bischof. “For the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, we are seeing a sold out Business Class on numerous flights.” That is a clear signal that the business trip is coming back strongly after the summer holidays. In the course of the month, the lounges for frequent flyers will also be reopened at ten airports.
