Singer Just Klein is being investigated by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), with the relevant announcement stating that “the reason for his absence is being examined” and that “he will not rehearse until further notice”.
According to Skynews, the Dutch representative lost his place in the final dress rehearsals of Saturday’s final, where he was due to appear in fifth place, ahead of Israel’s Eden Golan.
“We are investigating an incident reported to us involving the Dutch artist. He will not rehearse until further notice. We have no further comment at this time and will update in the next few hours.”

It is worth noting that the Just Klein had covered his head with a flag while Edan Golan made statements about the institution, a move interpreted as a protest against Israel.
