Who won Eurovision 2024
The victory in the 68th song competition, which was held in Malmö, Sweden at the local Malmö Arena, was won by the representative of Switzerland Nemo with the song “The Code”.
It was this artist who received the highest total number of points from the audience of the grandiose performance and members of the national jury.

What place did Ukraine take and how many points were they given to us?
According to the results of Eurovision 2024, representatives of Ukraine Alyona Alyona and Jerry Heil, who performed the song “Teresa & Maria” and performed in the final at number “2”, took third place. In total, the competition number of our artists received 453 points.
It should be recalled that this is a fairly high result. In recent years, Ukraine has consistently been in the top 10: in 2021, Go_A took 5th place, in 2022, Kalush Orchestra won, and in 2023, the TVORCHI duo ended up in 6th place.

Let us note that for Switzerland the current triumph is the third victory at the song competition.
Before this, Switzerland sent its performers to the event every year, except 1995, 1999, 2001 and 2003.
If we talk about the last 10 years, Ukraine can be called one of the most successful representatives at Eurovision. Since 2014, our artists have been lucky enough to lift the crystal microphone above their heads twice.
In this indicator, only Sweden is equal to us, which also triumphed at Eurovision twice over the past decade.

Who can represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2025
There were always enough people willing to represent Ukraine at the song competition. This is evidenced by the number of applications for the national selection held in our country even during a full-scale war.
Recently, even famous artists have spoken about their desire to go to Eurovision.
In particular, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, Olya Polyakova admitted that she would like to represent our country at a music competition.
“I am sure that my energy and many years of experience on stage would bring very good results,” she said confidently.
Another popular singer ROXOLANA said in a conversation with RBC-Ukraine that she is ready to fight for participation in the competition as soon as she has “the same song.”
In addition, as practice shows, many artists apply for the National Selection almost every year.
