The European women’s volleyball championship is slowly but surely reaching its peak. The Turks did better in the opening semi-final. They lost to the Italians 0:1 and then 1:2 in sets, but in the end they forced a tie-break, which they dominated 15:6, and triumphed overall 3:2. In the final, they will challenge the Serbian women, who beat the Netherlands 3:1, to sets.
