European Transport Policy Center inspector facing delays and resistance during infrastructure inspection on Slivnitsa Boulevard.

With a 40-minute delay after Diana Rusinova from the European Transport Policy Center was not allowed to carry out an inspection of the infrastructure of Slivnitsa Boulevardher inspection continued as planned.

Initially, the Ministry of the Interior refused to stop the traffic. She announced this herself on Facebook.

Diana Rusinova explains that this is happening despite the order of the Mayor of Stolichna Municipality, which allows them to close a section of the boulevard for inspection.

The inspection began at 8:45 p.m., from the intersection with “Konstantin Velichkov” and continued to the scene of the accident itself. Around 10:30 p.m., however, the police officers refused to stop the traffic from the scene of the accident to “Peter Dertliev” street. This is the section described in the warrant.
