European Heritage Days 2023: the prefecture of Saône-et-Loire opens its doors on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.!
The European Heritage Days are, each year, a great opportunity to discover our heritage and in particular the buildings usually closed to the public such as the hotel of the prefecture of Saône-et-Loire.
For many years the prefecture of Saône-et-Loire has opened its doors for free guided tours in order to present the history and architecture of the prefecture and to discover its lounges, its furniture and its gardens.
For the second year, the office of the prefect will be part of the visit. An exhibition on Jean Moulin will also be offered.
A search and find and a quiz will also be offered to young and old visitors, which will give rise to a draw to win a prize.
The public is asked to register by name for specific time slots no later than September 15 at 5:30 p.m.
