The A1 Department of the Supreme Court gave the “green light” to 31 parties and party coalitions for their participation in the 2024 European elections.
On the contrary, the “Spartans” and 14 other parties were not allowed to participate. For the party of Vassilis Stigas, the relevant memoranda had been sent to the Supreme Court, while as regards the other parties and coalitions of parties, they did not pay the fee of 20,000 and thus were excluded from participating in the Euro-election.
