Europe has not yet realized that it is in a state of war, and the Ukrainian conflict will be resolved on the battlefield in three months. This was stated at the Munich Security Conference by the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell.
This is how Borrell answered the question whether Europe has the means to end world conflicts, including in Ukraine.
“I don’t think people at the highest political level, the intermediate level and public opinion understand that we are in a situation that requires a very different approach. Not just “let’s look at it next month at the Council of Foreign Ministers.” No, in three months the situation will already be resolved on the battlefield,” said the diplomat, quoted by the Telegram channel “Country Politics”.

“I think we don’t understand it yet, but we need to realize that we are in a situation of war. I think that at the very top levels, at the middle levels and maybe public opinion is not yet in a completely new mental frame,” Borrell said
