How to get a covid passport
- Go to the web site ocko.uzis.cz
- Sign in by eidentity or by birth number and identity card number
- On your profile, go down slightly to the section Vaccination and click on Vaccination certificate
- Covid not screen or click on the share icon and save it to files
If you want to have a covid passport right in Wallet on your iPhone, after logging in to ocko.uzis.cz, proceed as follows:
- Visit the website on the iPhone getcovidpass.eu
- Clicks on Create and agreeing to the terms
- Scan the QR code from the certificate
- You will automatically generate a card to the Wallet, which is enough confirm and it is!
What is the purpose of the covid passport?
Covid not simplifies cross-border travel people who are coronavirus vaccination, have a newly performed test or medical certificate of the disease. But be careful! EU countries only recognize vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency, including Russian Sputnik V, which is administered in Slovakia or Hungary. However, the vaccines used by Czech vaccination centers are valid, so you should have no complications when traveling.
„The magic of the whole system is that it will be unified. There will be some differences, but it will be enough that a vaccination, a test or an illness have suffered. There won’t be that many differences. And I can imagine that countries with a strong tourism sector will have the mildest possible entry criteria,” he praised the introduction of covid passports Minister abroad Jakub Kulhánek (ČSSD).
In addition to traveling, you can also use the covid passport when visiting a restaurant, pool, theater, china, hairdresser or wherever customers are required to confirm a vaccination, negative test, or coronavirus. Covid passport could also replace mandatory testing at work or at school.
