European Court of Auditors: EU institutions insufficiently prepared for cyber attacks – Computer – News

Just a hot air balloon…
What do you think of a central IP/URL blacklist that is supplemented by hacking attempts, where there is a sophisticated trust system (with whitelist) for registering IPs that are then blacklisted.

Some organizations get a high trust level “automatically”, others can get a higher trust if IP addresses are registered properly.
With false registrations, your trust goes down, so that your registrations count less.

Once you have been flagged for DDOS, WordPress Hackking etc. your internet will be rerouted to a page with the message that your internet is blocked and what you can do (eg clean your PC, contact a professional IT company etc.).

Mi would then immediately block any IP address that does shit, so that it no longer pays for hacking and cyber attacks because the used IP is closed rather quickly.
The above idea would also protect people who are ignorant of cyber dangers and just click on a link.
