With the advance of IoT, it is important to gain insight into the digital
safety level of products on the market. In that context, AT . has
commission research into the digital security of 22 devices in the
categories of smart toys, IP cameras, routers, smart locks, baby monitors and
smart thermostats.

A good idea but almost impossible to implement.

The idea is that products must have a cybersecurity certificate in order to reach the market. So think appropriate.

But what I was looking for today and actually haven’t found yet. Is what the requirements are going to be. And in particular what this would mean for open source projects.
In other words, as a manufacturer who uses Linux, can you obtain a cybersecurity certificate or will this certificate indirectly provide it. That only commercial parties can afford to obtain such a certificate.
