European Binance Users got the ability to deposit and withdraw funds in euros. This comes after former Bitcoin exchange partner Paysafe abandoned the service in September.
“We have signed agreements with a number of new regulated and authorized companies […]. Users have already begun to switch to new services,” – Binance reported.
These include:
transactions in euros via Open Banking and SEPA/SEPA Instant; cryptocurrency transactions through payment cards and fiat balances, as well as
SEPA/SEPA Instant;
spot pairs in euros for all users.
On September 28, Binance advised Paysafe users to convert their euro balances into the USDT stablecoin by October 31, stopping the purchase, sale and trading of this currency. At the same time, the company promised that it would integrate new channels.
Let us remind you that on August 16, the exchange closed the platform for exchanging fiat for cryptocurrency Binance Connect (Bifinity).
The latter was launched in March 2022 in collaboration with Checkout.com, Paysafe and other partners.
