During yesterday it became clear that IF Elfsborg will step into the first qualifying round of the Europa League this summer.
This means that for IF Elfsborg there will be at least two qualifying rounds of international play this summer and it starts already in mid-July.
Important dates
June 18: The first qualifying round is drawn and we get to know which team IF Elfsborg will play against, as well as whether we start at home or away.
11 and 18 July: IF Elfsborg plays the first qualifying round.
Ticket sales
Season ticket holders will have priority to secure their place at Borås Arena, and more information about tickets will be communicated both in our channels and via email after the draw on June 18. You, as an annual pass holder, should therefore ensure that you have a correct email address connected so that you do not miss any mailings.
In European games, only seating is allowed and chairs will thus be set up in the Elfsborg stand.
1904, on June 26, IF Elfsborg was formed by 19 boys in their early teens. The association’s name was then “Borås Football Team”.
In 1906, the association became a member of the National Sports Confederation and the name was changed at the same time to IF Elfsborg.
