KOMPAS.com – Sevilla ensure themselves as champions of the 2019-2020 Europa League after defeating Inter Milan in the final match.

Relying on the Romelu Lukaku-Lautaro Martinez duet, Inter Milan have been making a big splash since the kick-off whistle sounded by referee Danny Makkelie.

Three minutes later, Reguilon’s shot only shook the net to the right of Inter Milan’s goal.

Meanwhile, Inter opened the second half with Ashley Young’s long-range shot who was still sideways in the 59th minute.

A golden opportunity was obtained by Inter Milan in the 65th minute.

Lukaku ran alone without escort and put himself in a one-on-one position with the Sevilla keeper.

Unfortunately, Lukaku failed to take advantage of that opportunity. Bounou can still block his strike.

After both teams had chance after chance, finally a goal was born in the 74th minute for Sevilla.

Sevilla’s third goal came from Diego Carlos, who took a scissor shot inside the Inter penalty box.

Back left behind, Inter Milan immediately made changes. Antonio Conte entered three players at once, namely Christian Eriksen, Alexis Sanchez and Victor Moses.

They replaced Rodriguez Gagliardini, Lautaro Martinez, and Danilo D’Ambrosio.
