A mysterious man from Kent known only as ‘Mr. C’ has cashed £ 1million in a EuroMillions draw.
Not only that, but he also won £ 5 in the same draw by matching a main number and two Lucky Star numbers.
He won the prize on Friday April 30 as part of the UK Millionaire Maker raffle, and he is now considering buying a new car and house with his winnings.
The raffle is guaranteed to create a millionaire every time and on this occasion Mr. C was one of 10 winners.
For each EuroMillions line played, players automatically receive a UK Millionaire Maker code printed on their ticket.
The Kent local, who played a personal selection of anniversary numbers, has become one of more than eight million players who win weekly in the National Lottery game lineup.
Interactive winners have the option of disclosing their name, remaining anonymous or liking this winner, disclosing certain details through partial publicity.
Andy Carter of Camelot, Senior Advisor to National Lottery Winners, said: “Huge congratulations to Mr. C for winning this fantastic award. He became a millionaire overnight and can now hope to buy a new house and a new car.
“We encourage everyone to check their tickets online at national-lottery.co.uk or by downloading the National Lottery app, and to purchase or verify their tickets at retail according to government guidelines.
“Playing online through the website or app means your ticket is verified and you receive an email notification if you win a prize.
“You can also scan your retail tickets on the National Lottery app to verify if you are a winner.”
