News of Ireland’s latest millionaire winner comes after lotto bosses revealed where the winning ticket for Wednesday night’s Irish Lotto draw was sold.
Another lucky player, who bought his ticket at Co Meath, landed a whopping €4.6 million after hitting the jackpot.
They matched all the numbers to become the second jackpot winner so far this year.
The winning numbers for Wednesday’s draw were: 03, 23, 27, 32, 35, 37 and the bonus was 07.
Irish players have enjoyed a winning streak in recent weeks, and on Wednesday two players from Donegal and Wexford also celebrated after matching five numbers and the draw bonus to win €105,046 each.
The Donegal player hit the jackpot after matching five numbers and the bonus and bought his Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw at Sharkey petrol station on Gweedore Road in Dungloe, Co Donegal.
