It is the fourth United Kingdom EuroMillions jackpot won this year – two were won in April and one on New Years Day – and the ninth biggest win in UK lottery history.
The player has correctly matched the five EuroMillions numbers, as well as the two Lucky Star numbers.
The winning numbers were 07, 20, 36, 40, and 46, and the Lucky Star winning numbers were 02 and 04.
Verification processes will now begin and there will be no information as to whether this is an individual or collective winner, or where the ticket was purchased, unless the ticket holder decides to return it. public.
Andy Carter, Senior National Lottery Camelot Winners Advisor, said: “What sensational news on a sunny summer weekend for a lucky EuroMillions player.
