Eurocity from Munich to Zurich: Over 10,000 More Minutes of Delays in 2023

Over 10,000 minutes more delays: The Eurocity’s performance from Munich to Zurich is even worse than last year

Even in the 2023 timetable year, the results of the direct connection between Zurich and Munich via St.Gallen are dismal. Although the risk of a delayed train has decreased slightly, anyone who catches one will wait longer than last year.

Even in the 2023 timetable year, the Eurocity from Munich was rarely in St.Gallen on time.

The Eurocity route from Zurich via St.Gallen to Munich is popular. So popular that the trains are sometimes overloaded. This is also why the SBB added an additional connection following the timetable change on December 10th. A Eurocity now runs seven times a day in each direction, making the two-hour service a reality.
