Who will succeed Portugal, winner of the first edition in 2019? The first semi-final will pit Italy against Spain and the second, Belgium against France, for a rematch of the 2018 World Cup.
Copa América: June 11 to July 10 (in Argentina and Colombia)
In five appearances in the Copa America, Lionel Messi has never lifted the trophy, losing three times in the final (2007, 2015, 2016). The Argentinian will therefore try his luck again and cross paths with an exotic opponent during the group stage: Australia. Qatar is also in the game after a first participation in 2019.

Champions League and Europa League
The Champions League final is scheduled for May 29 at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul and the Europa League final will take place three days earlier on May 26 at Miejski Stadium in Gdansk, Poland.
The winners will then meet for the European Supercup in August 2021. The precise date is not yet known and four stadiums are applying to host the meeting: the Dinamo stadium in Minsk (Belarus), the Olympic stadium in Helsinki (Finland), Windsor Park in Belfast (Northern Ireland) and the Metalist regional sports complex in Karkhiv (Ukraine).
For the women, the Champions League final will be played on May 16 at Gamla Ullevi in Gothenburg, Sweden. Defending champion Olympique Lyonnais will try to win an eighth trophy.
FIFA Club World Cup: December 2021 (in Japan)
Seven clubs representing six confederations are expected in Japan including the winner of the Champions League and the Copa Libertadores. The winner of the Japanese championship, the J. League, will qualify as the representative of the host country.
