A 20 year old man Eure was looked after by the fire brigade, Saturday 8 October 2022.
Loss of control
Just before 7am, he lost control of his Renault Express while traveling the route de Paix (RD 1), Andeli.
The vehicle ended up in a ditch near the new hospital under construction.
No license and no insurance
Slightly injured, the victim had to be transported to Vernon Hospital.
After the usual checks, it emerged that the driver was driving without a license and without insurance.
He underwent a blood alcohol test, the results of which were expected.
