EU member states concur to suspend visa settlement with Russia
EU member states agree to suspend a visa facilitation arrangement with Russia. This was mentioned by the EU’s head of overseas affairs, Josep Borrell, according to Reuters.
This does not suggest a visa ban for Russian citizens, but it will make it considerably more challenging to get a visa for the EU.
