EU leaders agree to boycott most of Russian oil | Abroad

Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán lashes out

BRUSSEL – During their summit in Brussels on Monday night, EU leaders reached a political agreement on an import ban on Russian oil by ship. In the coming days, the details are to be worked out further by the Member States. Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orbán blames Brussels for running ahead of the troops every time.
