EU adopts a decision on the fifth package of sanctions against Belarus

The new package of EU sanctions is related to the migration crisis organized by the Belarusian authorities.

The foreign ministers of the European Union decided to introduce a fifth package of sanctions against Belarus and do not doubt the need for a sixth one. This was stated by Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau after a meeting of ministers in Brussels on Monday, November 15.

“A political decision has been made regarding the fifth package of sanctions. Nobody doubted that the next sixth part will be needed,” Rau said.

Recall that earlier migrants camped at the border crossing in Poland… Today the migrants left the old camp on the territory of Belarus, where they stayed for a week, and came to the checkpoint on the border with Poland.
