The European Union has published a new sanctions list against Russia, which includes Russian oligarchs and odious propagandists. The list was published in the Official Journal of the EU on Monday evening.

The following were sanctioned:
- Igor Sechin, CEO of Rosneft
- Nikolai Tokarev, General Director of Transneft
- Alisher Usmanov, owner of USM Holdings
- Petr Aven, co-owner and president of Alfa-Bank
- Mikhail Fridman, co-owner of Alfa-Bank
- Sergei Roldugin, childhood friend of Vladimir Putin
- Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of Vladimir Putin
- Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation
- Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation
- Vitaly Savelyev, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation
- Andrei Turchak, one of the leaders of United Russia
- Tigran Keosayan, propagandist and husband of Margarita Simonyan
- Olga Skabeeva, propagandist
- Alexander Ponomarenko, oligarch
- Modest Kolerov, propagandist
- Roman Babayan, propagandist
- Zakhar Prilepin, propagandist
- Anton Krasovsky, propagandist
- Arkady Mamontov, propagandist
- Sergei Pinchuk, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Black Sea Fleet

The Sogaz company, which insured the illegal construction of a bridge across the Kerch Strait to Crimea, also fell under the sanctions.
