EU imposes sanctions against Russian oligarchs and propagandists – news from Ukraine,

The European Union has published a new sanctions list against Russia, which includes Russian oligarchs and odious propagandists. The list was published in the Official Journal of the EU on Monday evening.

• Nikolai Tokarev, General Director of Transneft
• Alisher Usmanov, owner of USM Holdings
• Petr Aven, co-owner and president of Alfa-Bank
• Mikhail Fridman, co-owner of Alfa-Bank
• Sergei Roldugin, childhood friend of Vladimir Putin
• Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of Vladimir Putin
• Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation
• Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation
• Vitaly Savelyev, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation
• Andrei Turchak, one of the leaders of United Russia
• Tigran Keosayan, propagandist and husband of Margarita Simonyan
• Olga Skabeeva, propagandist
• Alexander Ponomarenko, oligarch
• Modest Kolerov, propagandist
• Roman Babayan, propagandist
• Zakhar Prilepin, propagandist
• Anton Krasovsky, propagandist
