You are opening a new chapter: With the young trio Yves Baumgartner, Michael Büsser and Philipp Schrakmann, new employees have taken over the management of Ettenhauser P. Baumgartner AG. The division management is clearly defined: Yves Baumgartner, as a timber and structural engineer, is in charge of “architecture”.

Michael Büsser completed his master craftsman’s examination as a master wood builder last autumn and is dedicated to this area. Philipp Schrakmann, a trained carpenter and carpenter, is responsible for the joinery. The owners Paul and Ivo Baumgartner will support the specialists for at least three years.

Paul Baumgartner founded the carpentry business no less than 74 years ago at Dorfstrasse 28 in Ettenhausen. From 1985, his sons Paul and Ivo took over the management and ensured an upswing in the last few decades.

Almost all employees have completed apprenticeships in the company

The widely known timber construction company currently employs 35 people, 7 of whom are apprentices. Almost all of today’s employees did their apprenticeship at P. Baumgartner AG. Recently, joiners and structural draftsmen have also joined.

P. Baumgartner AG is the point of contact for everything from planning to execution and takeover by the client. The core competence of the company lies in timber construction. From carports to single-family houses to multi-storey wooden structures or large halls, the company is a partner for building projects.
