If, little by little, the different teams return to the stadium, it is the resumption of official competition that awaits the Etoile Sportive team.
Seniors1.- The friendly matches were very encouraging with three victories against Mazères, Léguevin and Luzenac II, and a draw against Plaisance. On the physical side, the players worked hard under the leadership of Christophe Garcia and his crossfit sessions. All of this bodes well for the first round of the Coupe de France which will see Kevin Baby’s teammates compete against Thierry Pujol’s proteges this Sunday at 3 p.m. on the Varilhes field. With rigor and motivation, the obstacle seems within the reach of “blacks and whites”. For supporters who will make the short trip to Varilhes on Sunday, remember that the health pass will be requested at the entrance to the stadium.
Football school.- Under the direction of the new manager Sébastien Abad, the start of the school year will gradually be put in place. It has already started for the 12/13 year olds who register the arrival of a new educator in the person of Kevin Ventrice. A reinforcement of weight appreciated by all.
U15 / 16.- The team that will represent the Sain-Jean-du-Falga, Rieux-de-Pelleport and Varilhes group has set to work to prepare for the recovery as well as possible. A few friendly matches are planned to strengthen the cohesion of the group.
Club life.– In tribute to this leader who died far too soon and regretted by all, the club decided to create the Claude Guillemin challenge on the occasion of the May 1 tournament which brings together all the football schools of the department, in Saint-Jean-du -Falga.
