The chairman of the ITN parliamentary group, Toshko Yordanov, warned journalists on the sidelines of the parliament about this.
“At an extraordinary council of presidents a little while ago, the speaker of the parliament read this report to us. The deputy minister was filmed by the cameras downloading the codes of the machines onto a flash drive. This is a violation of the law,” he added.
According to him, this deputy minister should be arrested at any moment.
“The software is controlled by two codes. At the moment PPDB have both codes and can manipulate the software”Yordanov warned.
“Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev, who most likely knew about this thing and did the same thing when they were ministers, are for arrest,” said the chairman of the ITN parliamentary group.
