Estuaire Residence: Connecting the Bastide and Belvédère Districts in Bordeaux

The Bastide sector and the new Belvédère district were not really connected until today. A residence will help bring these two entities closer together. We present it to you.

If the Susan Lenglen garden had already laid the foundations for this rapprochement, the “Estuaire” residence on the Quai Deschamps, currently under construction, will be a new link between the two districts of the Bastide and that of the Belvédère in Bordeaux.

Individual houses and apartments

Soon, you will be able to live in houses with gardens and apartments with loggias from T2 to T6. The whole is brought together in two buildings with sinuous lines inspired by the curves of the river and its natural environment.

A creation signed by architects RCR Artotec

How did the architects of RCR Artotec manage to transcribe this universe? Thanks to a contemporary architecture made of metal, glass and matte concrete which leads to a play of contrasts and reflections! Built facing the Garonne, this residence will accommodate 110 apartments and 4 houses with swimming pools for each. Residents will have direct access to the Susan Lenglen Sports Garden. Green spaces will be favored on the surface, relegating cars underground to secure parking. 2-wheel premises, again secure, will be created to encourage soft mobility. The icing on the cake: some accommodations will have a view of the Garonne. Not bad !

There are very few apartments left for sale. It appears that most have been reserved by first-time buyers despite historically very high borrowing rates. this means that the location and the services of the building are highly sought-after assets.
