93 international investors wanted to subscribe to bonds worth more than 1.8 billion euros, but the final amount of the issue was set at one billion euros, the ministry said.

The coupon rate of the bond is 4% per annum.

The funds obtained from the sale of these bonds will be used to finance the state budget deficit and supplement the liquidity reserve.

The edition was organized by “Citibank”, “Goldman Sachs” and “Societe Generale“.

The bonds will be listed on the Dublin Stock Exchange.
