Start-up Omni, winner of the Lépine competition in 2021, offers a travel system that combines an electric scooter and a wheelchair.
Thanks to the attachment developed by Omni, it is possible to motorize a wheelchair by hooking it to a classic electric scooter. A simple, economical and inclusive solution to give everyone the freedom to travel on time or very few lines on the Ile-de-France rail network are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
After responding to a call for innovative mobility projects launched in 2019 by Paris & Co (the economic development agency of the city and of Paris and the metropolis), the company will support the city during the Olympic and Paralympic Games to facilitate circulation of visitors and athletes.
