According to Linda, it is important to continue to propagate this message and women should especially not hide when another holiday photo is taken of them. “It worked well for me last year. By honestly sharing my insecurities with you and writing that it doesn’t really make sense of course, I felt more comfortable in my skin all summer,” the TV queen writes in her foreword.

“My first reaction was: help, say no. And immediately after that I said yes, that’s exactly why. I think I’m at an age where I have to express myself more,” Isa tells the magazine about the importance of the shoot. According to the actress, it should not be special that someone like Miljuschka Witzenhausen shares honest photos of herself. “Let’s allow each other to be happy with our bodies and talk about the strict standards we impose on each other so that we can change them.”
Esmée agrees completely: “I will soon receive reactions from women who consider themselves too heavy: ‘It’s great that you are doing this, I haven’t dared to go to the beach in a bikini for years.’ I feel sorry for them, you miss so much of the world when you let the judgments of others guide you.”

Winonah also hopes that there are women who recognize themselves in her: “When I was young, there were almost no role models to draw on. I rarely saw a woman like me in the media, not even in terms of skin color. I realize I’m just now missing what that actually was (…) Let’s celebrate how beautiful we are. Someone like Esmée, who is so comfortable with himself, is an example for other women.”
