The founder and chief of the group, Ali Ulusoy, said that Bando Es-Es, which he founded with Uğur Kürkçüoğlu, always stands by Eskişehirspor.

“Band Es-Es has almost become an educational institution. 2 of our members have won Anadolu University State Conservatory and continue their education. One of our members will also serve as an officer at the Military Harmonica School in Ankara. These children have been with us since they were 6 years old. We are a band of supporters coming out of the fans. “We continue this duty without expecting anything in return. Many football teams that took Bando Es-Es as an example also formed their own bands. We continue our duty with the support of the fans. Our first instruments were bought by the fans who collected money among them.”
