With almost three per thousand alcohol in his blood, a 48-year-old motorist in St. Peter (district of Braunau) tried to escape a police check on Friday afternoon.
The man was on his way to Poland when police tried to stop him near St. Peter am Hart. But the Pole was unimpressed and continued driving. After about ten kilometers he was finally stopped near Little in the Inn district and had to take an alcohol test.
2.9 per thousand blood alcohol
The test revealed the remarkable value of 2.9 per thousand. The 48-year-old Pole had his license taken away and a security deposit was collected.
