Previously, the police were unsure whether there was more than a therapeutic link between 38-year-old murder suspect Casey White and 56-year-old Vicky White, who was jointly responsible for the guards in prison as deputy director.
Last workingday
She had just started her last day of work Friday morning when she escorted the detainee outside, ostensibly to take him to court for an evaluation of his mental well-being. He is serving a 75-year sentence for a series of violent crimes and is also suspected of murdering a 58-year-old woman.
The deputy director went beyond her means by guiding the detainee on her own. Her official car was found a short distance away. Surveillance footage from the prison shows the departure of the two:

In the meantime, a police investigation has shown that the two had a more than normal relationship. That would have been first noticed by fellow inmates of the murder suspect and then confirmed by ‘independent sources’. The police would not say whether it is a love affair.
Nothing to lose
Anyone who sees the more than 2 meters long Casey White should not try to approach him, the police warns. The suspect is considered extremely dangerous and could be armed. “He has nothing to lose,” a police spokesman said. If found guilty of murdering the 58-year-old woman, Casey White could face the death penalty.

A woman whom White had broken into in 2015 and whom he had tried to kill, has meanwhile told the American channel ABC News that she is “out of her mind” because of his escape. She says she went into hiding with her family because she’s afraid White might want to hurt her.
‘Get out of here’
She hopes Vice President Vicky White realizes what she’s doing and will try to get away. “If she’s still alive, get out of here. Run as far as you can, report yourself, contact someone. Try to do that before anyone dies, yourself or anyone else.”
