Selebgram Rachel Vennya confirmed to have escaped from RSDC Pademangan, North Jakarta, while undergoing health quarantine. Rachel Vennya is threatened with 1 year in prison, as stipulated in Law Number 6 of 2018 concerning Quarantine.
Rachel Vennya was allegedly assisted by TNI personnel with the initials FS to escape from RSDC Pademangan. Now Kodam Jaya is investigating.
“Currently, the Jaya Regional Military Command is in the process of investigating the news of Rachel Vennya’s escape from quarantine at the Wisma Atlet Pademangan Hospital. The investigation is carried out starting from upstream to downstream,” said Head of Pendam Jaya Colonel Herwin BS in a written statement, Wednesday (13/10). /2021).
Referring to the latest quarantine rules contained in SE Number 18 of 2021 concerning International Travel Health Protocols during the COVID-19 Pandemic by the COVID-19 Task Force, all international travelers, both Indonesian citizens (WNI) and foreign nationals (WNA), must comply with the following rules:
Passengers both Indonesian citizens and foreigners from abroad must show negative results through a PCR test from the country of origin of departure whose sampling is carried out within a maximum period of 3 × 24 hours before departure and is attached at the time of the health check and fills out the Indonesian International e-HAC through the PeduliLindung application or manually in the country of origin of departure.
Upon arrival, RT PCR retests are carried out for Indonesian citizens and foreigners from abroad and are required to undergo quarantine for 8 × 24 hours.
For Indonesian citizens who are PMIs, students, or government employees returning from overseas official trips, the quarantine/treatment costs are borne by the government. Meanwhile, for Indonesian passengers outside these criteria as well as for foreigners, including foreign diplomats, outside the head of the foreign representative and the family of the head of the foreign representative, undergo quarantine/treatment at all costs to be borne independently.
Indonesian and foreign passengers perform RT-PCR retest on the 7th (seventh) day of quarantine.
If the result is negative, then the Indonesian/WNA are allowed to continue the trip and are advised to self-quarantine for 14 days and apply health protocols.
Authorized agencies (Ministries/Agencies, TNI, Polri, and Regional Governments) carry out disciplining of COVID-19 health protocols and law enforcement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
