Errors in memtest with XMP on, is new CPU enough? (Ryzen 2600 + X370)

Tossed together a computer of leftover parts, the only thing I needed to buy was a PSU.
The parts then became:

Ryzen 2600
Gigabyte AX370 Gaming K7 motherboard (F51g bios)
GTX 1070
2×16 GB 3200 MHz Corsair LPX
Seasonic GX 850W

Tossed it together, enabled XMP, and have been running the computer for a week. Generally worked perfectly OK but the 2600 I got tired of pretty quickly so have a 5700X on input.

However, I have had some obscure errors, e.g. CSGO kicked me out because VAC did not work, Oculus VR whined like f ** k that its services needed to be repaired, Windows sometimes blue screened when I just clicked on a window. Mistakes I absolutely never had before …

Began to suspect that Memtest might show something and … yeah:

Then turned off XMP and tada:

So, now the question is, will these errors be resolved when I plugged in a 5700X or do I have to change the motherboard as well? I remember that early Ryzen were very picky with RAM but I do not know if it is enough to just change the CPU or if the motherboard needs to be replaced as well. I have used these RAMs with a 3900X + X570 board a few years ago so know that it worked anyway.

If the motherboard needs to be replaced, someone can suggest one with good RAM compatibility (preferably not Gigabyte, have bad experiences with them, as now). Fiddling with RAM voltages etc is absolutely not something I want to do, just want to activate XMP and forget about it.
