Political advisers to the leaders of Germany and France held a telephone conversation with their Ukrainian counterpart before their trip to Moscow.
The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a telephone conversation with the adviser to the German Chancellor for foreign policy Jens Pletner and the diplomatic adviser to the President of France Emmanuel Bonn. Ermak wrote about this on the evening of Tuesday, January 4 in Twitter.
Telephone consultations took place before the visit of political advisers to the leaders of Germany and France to Moscow.
Yermak said that the interlocutors agreed to continue coordination in the context of the threat of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“We agreed to continue coordinating our actions in the context of the current situation. We are grateful for the unyielding support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine,” he wrote.
As you know, the visit of Pletner and Bonn to Moscow will take place on January 6.
Earlier it was reported that this week, political advisers to the leaders of Germany and France will meet with the representative of Russiaand then – with a representative of Ukraine.
And at the end of December it became known that Germany and Russia agreed to a meeting on Ukraine… The conflict will be discussed by representatives of Chancellor Scholz and President Putin Jens Pötner and Dmitry Kozak.
