Manchester City’s goal machine was back on the football field on Wednesday evening after nearly two months out due to a stress fracture in his foot.
But not everything seems to be peace and joy.
On New Year’s Eve, several media reported that Erling Haaland, 23, sold the private plane he had owned for two years. And on Wednesday wrote Norwegian Finansavisen that Haaland bought a new one.
Modell: Pilatus PC-12.
Price: About SEK 60 million.
According to Finansavisen, Haaland, through a company in which his father Alf-Inge is also a partner, has bought into a plan described as “Swiss Army Knife of the Air” and which has room for six seats in business class.
– We usually liken this plane to a Mercedes Geländewagen. It has a luxurious cabin designed by BMW and a state-of-the-art cockpit. The flight is perfect for families or business people, said salesperson Carl-Christian Gunnestad.
Haaland’s anger: “Clowner”
Erling Haaland does not seem to be very happy with the publication. Exactly what it is due to does not tell the story, but the shooter king does not seem to appreciate the commotion.
On his Instagram story, Haaland screenshotted the article and wrote:
“Don’t believe everything they write about me..”.
Followed by two hashtags:
”Fake News” and “Clown”.
Finansavisen referred to public documents from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority, but now has changed in his article. Now it no longer says that it is Haaland who made the purchase, but his former flight partner.
According to the site avbuyer.com, a Pilatus PC-12 costs anything from 42 up to almost 60 million kroner to buy, depending on the model year.
Regardless, the Norwegian would probably be able to afford it, as according to Forbes he earned roughly SEK 520 million last year.
