The Norwegian striker, who at the age of 23 is already considered one of the most influential footballers in the world, recently admitted his admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo. But now Erling Haaland named a completely different athlete as his idol.
The Manchester City podcast host asked the talented footballer if he admired any athletes outside of football. He answered without hesitation that his role model is the Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic.

Erling Haaland joined the reigning Premier League champions from Borussia Dortmund in 2022, where he scored 14 goals in 17 games this season and was named the best player in the English league last year.
