Erling Haaland immediately teased on social media. Many sneer at the 22-year-old striker who will flop in Manchester City.
The defense then came for Haaland. Carragher, a former Liverpool defender who is now a pundit for Sky Sports, believes that the jokes only come from those who have never played football.
“Haaland’s bunch of jokes will be everywhere the week after the flop. Just like Nunez last week. It’s just from a clown who hasn’t kicked a ball in his life,” Carragher wrote on Twitter.
