The 20-year-old has throughout the season been linked to the biggest clubs in the world, but Dortmund has insisted throughout the spring that Haaland will stay in the German big club.
– Yes, I probably have a contract for a couple of good years until then. So I relate well to it, Haaland answers questions from Jan Åge Fjørtoft about the club’s position.
His contract with Dortmund expires in the summer of 2024.
Haaland delivered a brilliant season for Dortmund with 27 goals in 28 games in the Bundesliga, where Dortmund secured a place in next season’s Champions League.

– Big dreams
He was central when the club won the German Cup in May, with two goals in the final against RB Leipzig.
– I’m a simple guy, when I like something I want more of it. When I score one goal, I want one more. I have big dreams, says Haaland.
– What is your biggest dream?
– Now I won my first big trophy, it was a good feeling, I want to win trophies.

– A relief
The 20-year-old also became the top scorer in the Champions League with 10 goals. He was central when Dortmund defeated Sevilla in the quarter-finals, but could not prevent defeat against Manchester City in the quarter-finals.
– I am a big fan of the Champions League, it was a relief and important to get a place there next season, says Haaland.
Haaland arrived in Dortmund in January 2020, and has had enormous success from the first moment, with a hat trick in the first match.
Before that he was in RB Salzburg and Molde, after starting his career in Bryne.
